Ingredients:
- 1 pound cranberries, ground
- 2 cups sugar
- 2 cups boiling water
- 2 small boxes of cherry gelatin
- 1 15 1/4 ounce can crushed pineapple, drained
- 1/2 cups walnuts or other nuts, chopped
- 2 or 3 apples, chopped or grated
Directions:
- Grind cranberries in food processor
- Mix ground cranberries and sugar in large bowl. Let stand several hours.
- In a separate bowl, dissolve gelatin in boiling water
- Cool to room temperature, then add gelatin to cranberries
- Add pineapple, nuts and chopped apples
- Place in refrigerator until set
Keeps well several days.
