Scalloped Potatoes

Ingredients:
  • 3 tablespoons milk
  • 2 tablespoons flour
  • 3 cups milk
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 6 medium potatoes, peeled and sliced
  • 2 tablespoon onion chopped

Directions:

  1. Make white sauce of first 5 ingredients (shredded cheese may be added to sauce if desired)
  2. Place half of potatoes into greased two-quart casserole
  3. Cover with half of the chopped onion and half of the sauce
  4. Repeat with remaining half of ingredients
  5. Cover and bake at 350°F for approximately 1 hour
  6. Uncover and continue baking until top is browned

Makes 4 to 6 servings
