Ingredients for Casserole:
- 3 cups sweet potatoes
- 1/2 cup soft margarine
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
Ingredients for Topping:
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1/3 cup flour
- 1/3 cup margarine
- 1 cup chopped nuts
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 350° F
- Beat casserole ingredients together; pour into buttered casserole dish
- For topping, crumble brown sugar, flour and margarine ingredients together with fork or pastry cutter.
- Place topping over potato mixture.
- Sprinkle 1 cup chopped nuts over topping
- Bake at 350° F for 30 minutes or until bubbly
