Strawberry Pizza

Ingredients:

• 1 roll refrigerated sugar cookie dough (i.e., Pillsbury)
• 1 quart fresh strawberries
• Package of prepared strawberry glaze
• 8 ounces cream cheese
• 8 ounces Cool Whip
• 1 cup powdered sugar

Directions:

1. Slice cookie dough and place on sheet. Press dough together into a uniform layer. (Hint: stick hand in a plastic bag to avoid stickiness)
2. Bake cookie dough as directed by package directions
3. While cookie dough bakes, mix cream cheese and powdered sugar. Fold in Cool Whip. Set aside.
4. After cookie dough has completely cooled, spread cream cheese mixture evenly over cookie dough.
5. Slice strawberries into thin slices. Mix strawberry glaze and strawberries together. Then spread evenly over cream cheese mixture.
