Ingredients:
- 1 roll refrigerated sugar cookie dough (i.e., Pillsbury)
- 1 quart fresh strawberries
- Package of prepared strawberry glaze
- 8 ounces cream cheese
- 8 ounces Cool Whip
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- Slice cookie dough and place on sheet. Press dough together into a uniform layer. (Hint: stick hand in a plastic bag to avoid stickiness)
- Bake cookie dough as directed by package directions
- While cookie dough bakes, mix cream cheese and powdered sugar. Fold in Cool Whip. Set aside.
- After cookie dough has completely cooled, spread cream cheese mixture evenly over cookie dough.
- Slice strawberries into thin slices. Mix strawberry glaze and strawberries together. Then spread evenly over cream cheese mixture.
