Ingredients:
Yields: 2 dozen bars
- 2 cups chocolate graham cracker crumbs
- 1/2 cup (1 stick) butter or margarine, melted
- 1/3 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup peanut butter chips
- 1/2 cup milk chocolate chips
- 1 can (14 oz.) sweetened condensed milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup coarsely chopped peanuts or pecans
- 1/3 cup peanut butter chips
- 1/3 cup milk chocolate chips
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
- Combine graham cracker crumbs, butter and sugar in a medium bowl; press onto bottom of ungreased 13 x 9-inch baking pan. Set aside.
- Microwave 1/2 cup peanut butter chips, 1/2 cup milk chocolate chips, sweetened condensed milk, and vanilla extract in a medium, microwave-safe bowl on HIGH power for 1 minute; stir. Microwave at additional 10- to 20-second intervals, stirring until smooth.
- Pour evenly over crust. Top with nuts, 1/3 cup peanut butter chips, and 1/3 cup milk chocolate chips.
- Bake for 20 to 25 minutes or until edges are bubbly.
- Cool completely in pan on wire rack. Cut into bars.
